RQM’s Mission is to “establish production capable systems for additive metal manufacturing”.
Phase I
Complete start-up of RQM in West Chester, Ohio location.
a) Define and achieve ISO standards and processess to enable production of finished quality parts.
b) Validate the “Modular Laboratory” approach to RQM operations.
c) Validate EOS M270 equipment, materials and processes to demonstrate repeatability.
d) Complete Beta testing of Magic’s e-RP from Materialize (Starting 10/15/07 with version Magic’s e-RP version 1.2).
e) Develop I-PAS system to include maintenance, materials management, training and procedures.
f) Run production volume parts to support both Morris Technologies, Inc. and RQM, Inc. customers.
